Creation of Arts Health Network Canada is now under way!!
Arts Health Network Canada, and its BC chapter, Arts Health Network Canada – BC are now being established. A start-up team began work on April 20th to create the Network’s non-profit society and recruit an initial working board to get the Network running by the end of October, 2010. Funding for this start-up period is provided by 2010 Legacies Now.
The Business Plan includes the vision for the Network that is guiding the work of the start-up team. It also includes a detailed listing of the initial tasks the start-up team is working on now (Appendix E). You can access the Business Plan on the “About” section of this web site.
Watch for progress reports on the work of the start-up team to be posted regularly on the “About” section.
Give us your views on transforming this pilot site . . .
One of the first priorities of the start-up team will be to transform this web site from a static pilot to an interactive, fully functioning site. What do you want from the site?
Please take a few minutes to fill out the brief survey
Your views will guide the initial design for the up-graded web site.
Tell us what you are doing . . .
The intent is to make this web site an initial connection point to access the latest developments in arts and health in Canada.
Listings in the “What’s New”, “Events & Workshops”, “Resources”, “Links”, “Requests” and Gallery sections will now be updated monthly. Let us know about your current activities so a short description can be on this site, with a link to your web sites.
Tell us about your recent publications, videos or photographs, and send copies or links to them, so the Canadian “Resources” and “Links” sections can reflect the diversity and richness of arts and health across the country.
